About Our Store

The story of Ambridge Bike Shop actually begins in Sewickley, Pennsylvania in 1975. In 1977, we moved just up the road to our current home of nearly 30 years, Ambridge.

We enjoy what we do (that’s why we’ve been at it for so long)! When it comes to cycling, we strive to make our customers as comfortable as possible by matching riding style and body size to the correct bicycle. Whether it’s a $200 bike or a $2000 bike, we’re more interested in helping our customers find the right bike that they’ll enjoy for years, rather than just making the sale.

This isn’t just a pro-shop or an amateur shop, not just road bikes or mountain bikes; we’re a full-service shop interested in all kinds of bikes for both the beginner and the veteran.

The center of our quality is our knowledgable staff, and with over 33 years of expertise and service, we’re confident that Ambridge Bike Shop can meet your every need. And, if there’s something you can’t find, be sure to contact us. We welcome and persue requests for bikes, accessories and parts that might be hard to find.

So, what are you waiting for? Stop in and have a look around today!
